EZCC Service Warranty on parts and labor
Yes, we replace radiators where the car is parked
The technician brings the radiator and coolant to your home or office and installs the radiator where the vehicle sits. They fill the cooling system with coolant, purge air out of the system, and do the complimentary multipoint visual inspection. The price includes parts, labor and the EZCC Service Warranty.
Not sure it is the radiator?
A Radiator Replacement appointment is a repair appointment. It does not include testing or troubleshooting. If you are not sure the radiator is the problem, book Diagnose Engine Overheat instead. The technician finds the cause and quotes the repair.
Is it the radiator? Signs to watch for
- Coolant is dripping from the front of the car, behind the grille.
- You see wet stains on the radiator core or plastic end tanks.
- White, green, orange or pink crust is dried around the radiator seams.
- Steam comes from the front of the engine bay after driving.
- The temperature gauge climbs higher than normal in traffic.
- The coolant level keeps dropping after you top it off.
- You smell a sweet coolant odor near the front of the car.
- The lower splash shield is wet with coolant under the radiator.
- The car runs hot after a minor front-end impact.
- The heater blows cold air when the coolant level is low.
Radiator, hose, thermostat or water pump?
A radiator usually fails from a cracked plastic tank, a split seam, a corroded core, impact damage or an internal blockage. A hose leak is usually at a rubber hose or clamp. A thermostat problem can make the engine run too hot or too cold without an outside leak. A water pump leak often leaves coolant near the belt side of the engine. If the symptom is overheating and the cause is not clear, start with Diagnose Engine Overheat.
What happens if you wait
A leaking radiator lowers the coolant level. Once the cooling system is low, it can pull in air and stop moving heat away from the engine the way it should. The engine can overheat, the heater can go cold, and the coolant can boil out. Driving with low coolant can turn a radiator job into head gasket or engine damage.

What it costs, and how the price is set
Radiator Replacement is priced for your car on the written estimate. It depends on your vehicle's year, make, model and engine, whether the radiator has an integrated transmission cooler, and how much has to come apart to reach it. It includes the radiator, parts and labor, filling coolant and purging air out of the cooling system, the complimentary multipoint visual inspection, and the EZCC 12-Month / 12,000-Mile Service Warranty.
Before anything is scheduled, you get a written estimate for your car, and you approve it online. The appointment is confirmed only when the estimate is approved, so the price is set before the technician comes to you. It changes only if you approve a change on site. A deposit may be collected online when you approve; the balance is due when the work is done, online, by card in person, or in cash.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can you replace the radiator in my parking garage?
+
Usually, yes. EZ Car Clinic needs a parking spot for the service van close to your car. If the garage belongs to a building or HOA, confirm that the work is allowed before you book.
Do you add coolant after replacing the radiator?
+
Yes. Radiator Replacement includes filling coolant and purging air out of the cooling system after the radiator is installed.
Can you replace radiator hoses at the same visit?
+
Yes, when that work is on the approved estimate. Add Coolant/Radiator Hose Replacement to your request so the parts are quoted and brought for the same visit. Work that is not on the estimate is quoted for a later visit.
Can I get a same-day appointment?
+
Same-day appointments may be available when the schedule permits, but they are not guaranteed. EZ Car Clinic is an advance-booking service, not an emergency roadside or towing provider. Your appointment is confirmed only after you approve the estimate.
How do I pay?
+
EZ Car Clinic may collect a deposit online when you approve the estimate. The balance can be paid online, by card in person, or in cash when the work is done.
What does the radiator warranty cover?
+
The EZCC Service Warranty on the radiator is 12 months/12,000 miles, whichever comes first. Coverage conditions and exclusions are explained in the full service warranty terms.
Can I drive with a leaking radiator?
+
It is not a good idea. A small radiator leak can drop the coolant level quickly, and low coolant can make the engine overheat. If the temperature gauge rises or you see steam, stop driving.
Will Radiator Replacement fix my overheating?
+
Only if the radiator is the cause. Overheating can also come from a thermostat, water pump, radiator fan, hose leak, air pocket or engine problem. If you are not sure, book Diagnose Engine Overheat instead.
How long does a radiator replacement take?
+
Usually two to four hours. It depends on your vehicle's year, make, model and engine, where the radiator sits, and whether fans, shields, air ducts or cooler lines have to come off first.
Do I need to be there?
+
Yes. Someone must be there to hand over the key and approve any change to the estimate. They do not need to stand by the car, but they are welcome to.
Are there any additional fees for weekend or same-day service?
+
No, we don't charge extra for weekend or same-day appointments. If our schedule allows, we're happy to get your vehicle back on the road as soon as possible at no extra charge.
Most services carry an on-site service fee to cover technician dispatch and travel to your location. This fee is clearly listed on your estimate.
If additional work is needed during your appointment, your technician will discuss it with you and provide an updated estimate for your approval before performing any additional services.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
+
Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 48 hours before the appointment; changes made within 48 hours are subject to a late-change fee under the booking policy.
